Leah Hosburgh has been involved in the health and fitness space for 16 years. She began her journey as a CrossFit coach after she became deeply inspired by the ethos and program.

After coaching, training, and competing for several years, Leah decided to expand her knowledge about nutrition to better serve her community. For 8 years, she has been a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Wellness Solutions Practitioner, supporting people with root cause issues in their health.

This process has involved utilizing hormone, gut, and food sensitivity lab work in her nutrition practice, providing an even deeper understanding of the human body's complex needs.

Being compelled by both the competitive spirit of community in a gym and the very unique individual process, Leah provides a balanced, grounded and well-experienced perspective.

Leah is a proud of mama of three boys, whom she explores the beautiful San Juans with. She and her husband were both born in Colorado, and have fallen in love with their sweet spot in Pagosa Springs.


Annie Sewell (RN) got her start in Gallup, NM as a Certified Nurse Assistant learning how to provide in-depth patient assessment and care in the intensive care unit.

She graduated from respiratory therapy school in 2002, and spent the next four years providing skilled patient care for critically ill patients, securing airways, managing ventilators and participating on code teams providing rapid patient assessment and interventions in the ER and ICU.

After graduating from nursing school in 2006, Annie entered the world of community and public health, managing a school based clinic in Tierra Amarilla, NM, providing in home care for the elders in Dulce NM, and filling the role of nurse manager for the Pagosa pregnancy support center.

After taking time away from nursing to raise her daughter, Annie has re-entered the field of nursing to offer IV hydration services in her home town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
